Border walls divide people in so many ways. Physical border walls divide by not allowing other cultures through your border, so you cant learn new things; you cant learn better ways to gather the necessities or teach others past your border your possibly better ways to do so. Your culture could be so advanced over others or so under advanced, and you would never know because you isolate yourself from the world with your wall. If your country is in need of a supply for survival but in your borders, there is none there is a whole world open where you could find some.
Mental borders divide with emotions. A person unwilling to try new food has built a border in their head, that all new food is not good. Some people's mindset toward green vegetables being gross just because of the color, but color doesn't make taste. These people have a border they are unwilling to cross because they are scared, and if they did cross it one day, they could be opened to an entirely new world. all borders divide you from knowing the whole real world and its many possibilities.

Who Is This For?
The audience awareness for the first Budweiser commercial to me seems to be towards anyone celebrating or having a party maybe while your out just to feel happy. It doesn't particularly show any age range, but it looks to be all adults. The celebrations its showing are ones where Budweiser is just the key to make everything great at that moment. The opening scene is prohibition ending, so what they are saying what better to celebrate this moment then with a Budweiser.
The life cereal commercial could be towards both young children and parents. For the parents, they are showing the reassurance that you can get your child to eat healthy and they will still love it because they won't even be able to tell its the "healthy cereal" you have been trying to get them to eat. The young child's perspective is if the pickiest little brother likes it is must be really good, and they will eat it now.
Nikes commercial is towards young adults finding their way in life doing what they want and not being held back. It shows you to try, and if you fail, you try again just like the skate border in the opening scene. It tells you don't just stop when you have reached one goal; you make an even bigger one, and you strive to achieve that to show the world.

How to be Successful in College
To have a successful college transition, I agree that you have to be flexible, but you also have to be strict with your schedule at the same time so you can get everything done that you need to. When I transitioned into my first semester, I did well but just never gave myself enough time to do a larger project. To me, everything could get done within a decent time frame. I procrastinated absolutely to long when I knew something was going to be hard or take longer to do. Help is always available; it's just not going to be effective if it is so last minute. I always told myself if I ever needed help, I would get some and that I wouldn't be scared to do so, but I went back to being me and did the complete opposite most of the time. This is where I would just push things off till I just had to wing it. Most of the time, I knew what I was supposed to, I was just making it harder than it needed to be.
The processes of listening, reading, and writing are effective communicators in college because some professors teach using a textbook, so when you have to read through that before or after as an introduction or refresher, you need to get a grasp of what is going on. When your professor has lecture, they are just snippets of the information that you need to know in their own words, so you need to be able to listen to those hints and put them into your own words in your note to where you won't forget the meaning. The point of the first-year writing course in college to me is to show you how most professors like you to write your papers and give you a head start to understanding what they want.

The Night Before
I start to wake up with an awful pain in my neck. Once I open my eyes, I realize why I'm in a jail cell. I jump up, freaking out, wondering why I'm here. What did I do? I'm looking around, but there is no one to ask what happened to me. Once I manage to clam myself, I sit back down on my bed, but as I do, something stabs my leg from my pocket. I reached into my pocket and pulled out 5 items, and everything started rushing back to me.
As I look down into my hand, I see the first item that shocks me, a $100 bill. I was given this at work as a tip from a customer, he was very tall and kind he was dressed very nice in a suit and carried a briefcase. He told me I was an amazing worker and would like to talk to me about working for him. The second item in my pocket was his business card with his home and work address on it he told me to stop by whenever and we could talk about the job. I didn't know how to react, but I was very thankful, and I had to move onto the next customer. At the end of my shift, I decided to go speak with this man at his place of work. When I arrived, there were two other sharp-looking men asking for him, but he had already left for the day. Angry the two men left, and one took a sucker from the front desk, and when opening it, he through the wrapper at me, and I couldn't find a trashcan, so I put it in my pocket to throw it away later. As I walked out of the building, the two sharp-looking men were arguing, and one went to put something in his pocket but missed and didn't notice. I rushed to pick it up and hand it back to him because it was a key, but as I picked it up, the men were gone. I figured they would come back to this business looking for the same person as me the next day so I could just bring it back to them so I put it into my pocket so I wouldn't lose it. I decided to go to the home address the man had given me to see if he was there. As I walked up to his house, I kicked something on his porch. As I leaned down and picked it up, I noticed what it was, a shell of a bullet. When I stood up, I could see police lights coming toward me. I put the shell into my pocket and took off running, but then I tripped on the sidewalk and fell next thing I know I woke up in a cell.
